2026 Stewardship Campaign

As we enter this beautiful season of harvest, we are reminded once again of the rich and timeless rhythm of sowing and reaping—a truth that speaks deeply to both our faith and our daily lives. The Apostle Paul captures this beautifully in his letter to the Corinthians:

“They share freely and give generously to the poor. Their good deeds will be remembered forever.” For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, He will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you. -2 Corinthians 9:9–10

This Scripture reminds us that when we step forward in faith, God works through us to bring forth A Bountiful Harvest. Each act of generosity, each seed sown in love, bears fruit in ways that extend far beyond what we can see or imagine.

As we enter the 2026 Stewardship Season, we do so with hearts full of gratitude for the many blessings that have already grown within our congregation and with hopeful anticipation for what lies ahead. Our church is currently engaged in a season of thoughtful, long-term planning as we seek to discern how God is calling us to serve in the years to come. We are dreaming together, asking bold questions, and trusting that the same God who provides the seed will continue to guide the harvest.

In the coming weeks, you will receive more information, both during worship and through email, about how you can participate and support our church by making a financial pledge. Your faithful giving sustains every aspect of our shared ministry: worship and music, mission outreach, caring ministries, education, fellowship, and the stewardship of our campus. Each gift helps us plan wisely for the present while planting strong roots for the future.

May this season of harvest be a time of renewal for us all as we reflect on God’s abundance, give with joyful hearts, and look ahead with confidence in His enduring goodness. Together, may we continue to sow generously so that the harvest of God’s love will flourish within First Presbyterian Church of Belmont and beyond for generations to come.
